Milestone plan

黑料视频 has already reached several milestones in sustainability management. With the sustainability management office, we have created an important point of contact for internal and external inquiries and projects and attach adequate importance to sustainability work. Initially, various channels for communicating with all colleagues were developed and established. The 鈥淪ustainability management鈥� intranet page was set up and published accordingly. In addition, the sustainability newsletter was sent out for the first time in June. This provides information about news in the area of sustainability management every three months. In spring 2023, a Sustainability Committee was also established to involve as many 黑料视频 colleagues as possible in key strategic processes. The committee consists of employees from various departments who are interested in working on sustainability issues and contributing their perspective. As part of the first meetings of the Sustainability Committee, a stakeholder analysis was carried out in order to get to know the environment and to be able to manage sustainability projects in a targeted manner in future. In 2024, a comprehensive materiality analysis was then carried out in several workshops with employees and external stakeholders. The materiality analysis is based on the standards of the EU Commission's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.

We are currently working on a sustainability strategy and climate accounting.
